Refund and Dispute Policy

Refund Eligibility

Completed consulting services are non-refundable. Clients may request a refund for prepaid services not yet performed.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds are limited to the unused portion, less completed work, stated non-refundable deposits, committed costs, and amounts identified in the written agreement.

Request Process

Submit requests to Info@Pequeno-properties.com within 14 calendar days of the charge. Requests are normally reviewed within 10 business days.

Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
